Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Prices are in British Pounds (GBP). All payments are processed via Stripe. By providing payment information, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store card details.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
