What types of paint can I use with your sprayers?

Our electric and airless sprayers are compatible with a wide range of paints including emulsion, gloss, satin, primer, varnish, lacquer, and even thick masonry paint (depending on the model). Each product listing specifies compatible materials. For thin paints like water-based emulsions, our entry-level sprayers work perfectly. For thicker coatings or commercial use, we recommend our professional airless systems.
Is a paint sprayer better than a roller or brush?

For most projects, yes โ a sprayer delivers a significantly smoother, more even finish in a fraction of the time. A paint sprayer is ideal for fences, garden furniture, kitchen cabinets, ceilings, large interior walls, and exterior surfaces. The key advantage is speed and consistency. For small touch-up jobs or detailed areas, a brush or roller may still be more practical, which is why we also stock brush and roller kits.
Which sprayer should I choose for my project?

It depends on your project size and experience level. For small home projects (garden furniture, feature walls), our Compact Electric Sprayer is ideal. For medium projects (fencing, rooms), the Advanced Sprayer Pro is perfect. For large interior or exterior work and commercial use, we recommend our Professional Airless or Contractor systems. Do the sprayers require professional setup?

No. All our consumer and professional sprayers are designed to be set up and used without specialist training. Each product comes with full instructions. Our entry-level and mid-range sprayers are plug-and-play with adjustable settings. Industrial models may require a brief setup process which is clearly documented. Our support team is also available by phone and email to assist.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, the world's leading payment platform. We do not store your card details on our servers. You may also see Apple Pay or Google Pay options depending on your device and browser.
Can I order multiple items and pay together?

Absolutely. Simply add as many items as you need to your cart, adjust quantities if necessary, then proceed to checkout to pay for everything in one transaction. This is the recommended way to order โ one secure payment for your full basket.
Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes, completely. All checkout transactions are handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card data never touches our servers โ it goes directly and securely to Stripe. Look for the padlock icon in your browser's address bar for additional reassurance.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your payment is successful, Stripe will send you an automated payment receipt to the email address provided at checkout. You will also be redirected to our order confirmation page. If you don't receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Manchester warehouse. Standard delivery to mainland UK takes 2โ3 business days. We offer next-day delivery options at checkout on eligible items. Remote areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland, and certain islands may take slightly longer.
Do you offer free delivery?

Yes โ free standard delivery is available on all orders over ยฃ99 to mainland UK addresses. For orders under ยฃ99, a standard delivery charge applies which is displayed at checkout before payment. We also deliver to selected European countries; delivery costs and timescales for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we ship to selected European countries including Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and Poland. International delivery options and costs are shown during checkout. If your country is not listed and you'd like to enquire about shipping, please contact us directly.
Returns & Support
What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day returns policy on all unused items in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return. Please see our full Refund Policy for detailed terms. Faulty items are covered under our standard warranty and we'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you.
My sprayer isn't working correctly. What should I do?

First, check our troubleshooting guide in the product manual โ most common issues (clogged nozzle, uneven spray, pressure problems) have simple solutions. If the equipment is faulty, we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
