At Primefix Renovations Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from us, provided that:
Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
To begin a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:
Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged or faulty), we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange collection at no charge to you. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free collection and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at your choice. Please do not attempt to use or repair damaged equipment before contacting us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe may require additional processing time. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact us.

If you received a faulty item and would like an exchange, please follow the returns process above and specify that you prefer an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. You always have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty goods within the statutory timeframe.
